Fastest way to reach us: email hello@rallyatx.com and tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and (if you can) which rally it was. Screenshots help a lot.
Common questions
A photo or video isn't uploading. Rally uploads in the background and will keep retrying on a weak connection — check back in a bit. If it's still stuck, email us with the rally name and roughly when you tried.
I can't open a rally someone shared with me. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used before, and that the invite link hasn't expired. If you're new to Rally, tapping the link should walk you through installing the app and joining.
I want to delete my account. Open Rally, go to your profile, and use Delete Account — it permanently removes your account and everything tied to it. If you run into trouble, email us and we'll take care of it.
